I have lost my mobile so i lost my sim i want to apply same number but i dont have id proof that one i have taken from my friend. So i kindly request you to issue me the number for my id Please
I have been recieving messages from Airtel that you have not recived documents regarding my mobile no. where as when i got the connection that is many years back all the documents were depoisted. And now after all these years (8 years approximatley I am getting these repeated messages). The SMS mentions depositing some documents at nearest post office or at an Airtel service center. What all documnts are required when I had desposited everything so many years back and I am getting connection from so many years. Do shed some light on this aspect so that if something needs to be done I can take action.

As i got messages from Airtel customer Service to resubmit the documents for identity i submitted my driving license photo copy and one passport size photo … this driving license i made from kerala which is my native place… for the local identity i had given photo copy of my employees state insurance corporation … but they didn’t accept .. Executives told that DL copy is sufficient… fine…. i am thankful to Airtel Services… now i am getting the messages from Airtel to resubmit the documents … my Application no is 6890379… And they took Rs.10 for application form… please verify this application no as well as customer care center … my mob no is 9980293325 …. i resubmitted the documents at airtel customer service center jalahalli cross .. ayyappa temple road .. opp.chemmannur fashion jewelery..As a Customer i am not satisfied with the system which you are following that after long time again asking identity and for that collecting some amount, even 10 Rs.also… please refer this letter as a request as well as complaint against unauthorized service center you are having for collecting the documents… let me know whether the documents which submitted are correct or not…
recenly i have been receiving sms from airtel to submit documents reg address proof etc. In fact when i took this connection on my posting here in 2007, i took the connection after submitting all the reqd documents. it is amazing that after three years airtel is again asking to submit the documents. do the customers have to submit the docus every three years. pl let me know the exact rule posn.

I lost my hand set aof Nokia model 6233M and I had informed my sim to be blocked in one of your customer care centre. I have got IMEI no. whether I can try to get the hand set through police complaint or how to proceed with. Please look into the matter and reply at the earliest

I gave 1000 rs for airtel broadband connection to airtel agent he told within 1 week u’ll get yur net connection nw its around 1 month and whenever i used to call him he never use to give any proper response wht the hell is goin on and 1 more thing wht type of these customer care people they dont knw any thing and simply tel plz mam do dis and do that plzzzzzzz do somthin my mob num is 9590719964 and that airtel agents num is 9972232711

This is subhash Mob: 8867915630, i ported this number form T24 to Airtel, after porting happen i got a balance of 5Rs, after an hour they deducted that money from my account without having any confirmation messages, after that i rechared it for 30Rs, after 1hr they again deducted 22Rs. sending a flash message live friends chat activated..I have not opted for it or requested for that, hence re-instate Rs. 27 in my balance, All these days I thought that the Airtel customer care was one of the best service provider in india, but they have proved it wrong. I had called up the Airtel customer care to enquire some details regarding the recharge since the balance was nil on my number without my knowledge.
Nobody responded properly I called to customer care about 10 times wasting my time and money, they will just keep the call on hold and then disconnect. I did not expect this kind of worst service from them. Maybe their network is good but when it comes to customer satisfaction I would rate them the worst.how is that you do on your own. In case if it not reinstated in my account I will take legal action.

On 19/07/2011, I applied for a duplicate sim from Airtel outlet – M/s. Touch & Talk Communications, Kammanahally, by giving the documents required and I had paid Rs. 49/-, towards the charges. The number was activated but to my surprise, from 9.00 pm, 21st of July 2011, AIRTEL have disconnected the Sim and I am getting a message on my Mobile ‘NO SERVICE’ and Sim is not registered. What I am to do with this. I sent AIRTEL a mail at 8.30 a.m. but yet there is no action.
The service centre in HSR is closed, any idea if there is any different one in HSR
