BBMP (Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike) has established the call centre to redress the public grievances. This was in place three months ago for trial and now it has been made available for public. Number to call is 080-22660000. You can place the request and this would be stored in a computer. BBMP officials would take a look at this in computer and would address the issue.
The control room for BBMP call centre has 15 people in shifts and minimum of 30 people who can coordinate with Palike 24*7. The whle system has been built with the help of KEONICS. Pailike has spent around 80 lakhs for the call centre.
