    I M Julius George, am holder of Vodaphone Connection 8095342338. I had submitted an Application for change of Address at Vodaphone Store, #5AC-402, Lamcy Plaza, HRBR Second Block, Kammanahalli, Outer Ring Road Intersection,Bengaluru – 560043 on 30 Jan 2010. Now I find that my Mobile phone has been disconnected; the recorded voice saying that Services not available??? Kindly rectify the Problem

    Hi

    I have submitted the request to cancel one number and paid the current bill amount and rental for 15 days extra and current 15days bill amount. so it nearly double the bill amount now. so i paid and requested for cancellation and now it as been deducted from my bank account also.

    I have submitted the form in RPC layout branch to Ajmad. he said surely it ll cancel but till now the numb as not been cancelled and now they have taken double time amount. with whom i need to reach

    Hi,

    I have requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They have given new SIM and the old SIM is deactivated. It is already been 8 days, still the new SIM is not activated. When I visited vodafone shop, they and just giving some junk answer and say it will be activated soon. Can someone tell me whom to contact to escalate and get the SIM activated??

    my no. is 9739918530, and i am facing problems whenever i activate the vodafone internet.last week i activated the 95 rs internet pack on 9th oct 2010, and after confirming whether the pack is activated or not, i started to use the pack.. but today morning 12 oct 2010 my balance is -52.76,, but yesterday it was around 29. something.
    today morning i spoke to vodafone customer care, they are like to refund my amount back.I just want vodafone to rectify my problem .

    I got a msg informing me to submit photo,Addressproof and ID to the nearest vodafone centure else ur connection will be disconnected .I am using the current for almost an year.My question is y am I getting this msg now? Can i submit the documents online? what’s the email ID to submit the doc ?

      Get in touch with Vodafone relationship centers closer to you. You can submit the documents there.
      As per Government’s directive, mobile operators are scrutinizing the documents submitted by customers. They are asking for these documents because they might have found your earlier ones to be incomplete / improper.
      Submit fresh ones, then you should be fine.

    Subject: Re-activation of No.9739010830.

    This is to inform you that, we requested your office to migrate our postpaid connection to prepaid connection. We already submitted all required documents on November 12, 2010.

    On November 22, 2010 we visited you office to get new SIM card and for its activation. Your executive informed us that, it will activate within a 2 hours. Now its is 48 hrs. Till now it is not activated. Kindly do needful. Waiting for your quick response.

    I have taken 2 corporate connections in my name. I’m asked to submit my ID and address proof with photograph. Since my bills get paid through ECS from my bank account I have no idea where the nearest center is. I live in Govindarajanagar, B’lore-79. My questions to you is, could you give me the address, timings and the landmark of the nearest center and also if I should submit 2 copies of each document required due to the 2 connections.

    I have one more query. Very often, I find my connection getting crossed. While I’m in conversation, the call gets diverted and some stranger speaks in between and my conversation gets disconnected. This has been happening very often and also most of the time there is no connectivity. Do you have a suitable answer to this?

    It is 6 days since I posted my queries in this column. I find that there is no answer. Probably you are too busy to look into the customer’s grieviences. Maybe this should be scrapped and we will not waste time putting up a complaint and looking for suitable answers or guidance from you on a daily basis. Thanks for nothing.

    Customer Care told everything is submitted.

  24. i recharge my account on 17/1/2011 of rupees 498 the offer is unlimit talktime my cell number is 9620665184 i recharge on monday 1.15pm but still am not get balance to my number and i cal to coustomer care but they nog give responce to my problem 4 days over my number has not get any feedback with coustomer care so i think to go to consumer court and i put case also and in my friend circle so many of my friends use voda sim i give sugession all are chage voda sim this is a one and only irresponcible company this type i publish to all in society ok

    I was applied number portability, its already crossed 10 days.
    my previous airtel connection was disconnected but Vodafone sim still not yet activated whcih sheshadripuram vodafone shop has given me.
    today i called up and asked them what is the reason they are saying its activated. If you are still facing problem come to office.
    but my office starts at 10:00 am and I will return around 9:00 Pm in night.I am not able to go to vodafone shop
    from past three days I am facing lot of problems.I missied my office cab as well.your vodafone shop person is saying come to office i will check
    why can’t he check and activate the SIM? why always we have to rome vodafone shop? He has all the detaies which he want to activate the SIM
    I am asking if you are not able to give proper sercive why you are playing with customers.
    In future if any one ask me about vodafone portability I will suggest don’t go.

    I am using vodafone network and activated GPRS in my samsung galaxy i9003 mobile. From past 4 days i am unable to browse through my cell. I called 4 to 5 times to costumer care and given complaint regarding this. But not getting proper response from them. Every time they are saying it will be resolved within 2 hours but from 4 days i am facing the same problem. Now not able to connect costumer care also. Please let me know setting for GPRS.

    for deactivation of star talk s.ms i complain and got reg no. dated 27th julyand as per instruction i s.m.s for deactivationand got s.m.s that yr request can not be processed then at last i went to yr customer care office and got token no. 114 and got chance to talk mr rajshekaran he told me that after four hours you will get deactivation s.m.s i meet rajshekaran on 3rd august afternoon but still i have not received any s.m.s and he also told me that yr debited amt. rs.60 will be credited on 4th august but till now not credited so pl. do needfull action to send deactivation s.m.sand refund my debit amt. yesterday rajshekaran also given me ticket no. 1306198360and told me yr both work will completed on 4th august but i am waitting. so pl. help me my mbile no. is 9739513063

    This is to bring to your notice that myself M.Jagadish Gowda and my cell No : 9902102100, actually i was in airtel network and i moved to Vodafone network with no portibility,and i have submitted all required documents to vodafone shop at HSR Layout bangalore, but i got msg from vodafone again submit the address proof documents and i submitted the documents on 19th of october 2011 and i done rs,699 recharge also, but still out going facility is not there, and then i called customer care and visisted vodafone shop but there is no good response and not providing the reason for it,
    I would request you to look into it and please release the out going facility in my no soon,
    Note : after moving from airtel to vodafone i was expecting some good service from vodafone but starting itself i am facing problems from vodafone,
    Please look into and do the needful at the earliest,

    Sir my vodaphone number 8123284269, Last week i had changed prepaid to post paid plan, and i have submitted all required documents to voda phone executive(his num9916801691) , that time he given one post paid sim. But still it is not working since last week. I am informed many times, but no reaction is there. Every day They tells like that, definitely today activated your sim, other wise i will quarier new sim to you, Still now it is not working and not getting any new sim. If you can’t take any actions today then i will go to another network. If you generates any postpaid bill, I dont pay that bill Surely I am telling because that sim is not working..this is toooo bad tooooo worst…. I am facing so many problems…..

    my no. is 9620975808 and i am facing problems today morning i recharge rs 180. after 1hour your customer activate caller tune for my number and my balance -80rs, i am not activate caller tune. my balance is RS 180-80= 100rs,
    today morning i spoke to vodafone customer care, they are like to refund just Rs 30 only my amount back. pls sir refund remaining balance Rs 50, I just want vodafone to rectify my problem .

    Increase your vodafone care centres in Bangalore.it is very difficult find the centres, one centre is their for one area and also very rush in the weekends.
